Mumbai · Independent studio · Fixed-price engagements

We build the software you were about to hire someone to build.

Small teams. Practical workflows. Software starting at ₹5,000, quoted fixed per engagement — no hourly invoices, no enterprise theatre, no proof-of-concept-then-rebuild games. If it saves you money, you keep us. If it doesn't, we part ways.

§ 01 What we build

Pick one workflow. Ship it. When it pays for itself, ship the next.

We don't sell platforms. We build the specific thing you'd ask an intern to do on a spreadsheet at 11pm — except it doesn't break when two people open it.

  • A-01

    Admissions & enrollment portals

Online applications, document uploads, approvals, seat tracking, receipts.

    Coaching, colleges, training institutes

  • A-02

    Loan onboarding

KYC checklists, document collection, stage-wise approvals, status that managers don't have to ask for.

    NBFCs, DSAs, cooperative banks

  • A-03

    Fee collection & receipts

Payment links, reminders, receipts, reconciliation. The reminder pays for itself in month one.

    Schools, coaching, associations

  • A-04

    CRM for small teams

Lead capture from web and WhatsApp, pipeline stages, follow-up queue. No AI-powered journey automation — just a list your team actually works.

    Services, B2B, agencies

  • A-05

    Reporting dashboards

One screen your MD opens in the morning. Role-based, numbers only, no vanity charts.

    Operations, finance, leadership

    Procurement & approvals

Requisitions, vendor quotes, approvals, PO generation, audit trail. The paper file is still there if you want it.

§ 02 How we're different

Three things we don't do — on purpose.

The industry defaults were designed for buyers with IT departments. You don't have one. We run the opposite playbook.

NO.01

We don't bill hourly.

Hourly billing rewards slowness. You get a fixed, up-front quote — scope, maintenance, training, bug fixes, small improvements — in one line-item you can budget against. Surprise invoices don't exist in this house.

NO.02

We don't disappear after go-live.

The team that builds it is the team that maintains it. The same two or three people, the same phone numbers, every month. Your system doesn't get passed to a "support pod" in six months.

NO.03

We don't sell Silicon Valley.

No AI-first, cloud-native, platform-agnostic, enterprise-grade bingo. Your staff learns the screen in a day. The code is simple enough that a new developer can read it on day one. That's the whole thesis.

§ 03 How we work

Four steps. Written down. Signed.

No statement of work longer than a page. No kickoff retreat. No discovery sprint. You describe the problem; we quote it; we build it; we run it.

  1. 01

    Call

A 30-minute call. You describe the workflow. We ask hard questions. No slides.

    30 min · no charge
  2. 02

    Quote

Within 48 hours: fixed scope, fixed price, in writing. No ranges, no 'estimates'.

    48 hrs · binding
  3. 03

    Build

v1 in 2–4 weeks. You use it daily. We fix what you say to fix. Same team the whole way.

    2–4 wks · iterative
  4. 04

    Maintain

Forever. Same team, same terms. New modules get their own fixed quote when you're ready, not when we need the revenue.

    indefinite · same team
§ 04 Who we build for

Small teams where software has to earn its keep.

We're best for companies where the person signing the invoice is also the person using the screen.

§ 05 Who we're not for

Some work we turn down — because we'd be bad at it.

If any of these describe your buying process, we're the wrong team. Skip the discovery call; save the hour.

  • You want an enterprise SaaS contract with a procurement team.
  • You need AI-first, blockchain, or Web3 in the pitch deck.
  • You want a proof-of-concept, then plan to rebuild it in-house.
  • You want to pay per hour, per seat, or per user story.
  • You want weekly steering committees and a Jira board with 400 tickets.

If you recognized yourself in that list, no hard feelings. We wish you well, genuinely. Everyone else — let's talk.
