We don't publish a price grid because we don't build off one. Every engagement has a different scope, a different integration surface, and a different rollout path — and the fair thing is to price each on its own merits. Tell us the workflow. We'll send back a binding number inside 48 hours.
₹5,000 is the smallest real piece of work we'll take on — a focused script, a one-screen tool, a targeted integration. Most client projects land between thirty thousand and a few lakhs, depending on scope. A handful have been larger. None have been hourly.
We'll tell you which bucket you're in on the first call. If the honest number is larger than your budget, we'll say so plainly — and often suggest a way to phase it so v1 fits.
Four variables. Nothing hidden.
If you want to estimate before you call, these are the four axes we'll ask about. You can often tell from the answers whether you're looking at a small build or a full platform.

Scope
How many workflows? A single module — say, fee reminders — sits at the floor. Three modules with a shared database sits higher. We price what we build, not what we might.

Integrations
Razorpay, Tally, WhatsApp Business, GSTN, Google Workspace — each hookup has a fixed line item. If you don't need it in v1, we don't quote it in v1.

Data volume
A clinic with 200 patients costs less than a college with 12,000 students. Not because the code is different, but because the testing, the reports, and the hosting profile are.

Rollout care
Some teams want a Monday morning walkthrough and then WhatsApp support. Some want four weeks of shadowing. Both are fine. They're different numbers.
Always included, regardless of size

Not included
- Third-party SaaS costs (Razorpay fees, SMS credits, cloud storage)
- Domain registration and SSL renewals on your own domain
- Major scope additions after v1 (quoted separately, still fixed-price)
- On-site deployment in cities beyond Mumbai metro (travel billed at cost)
GST
18% on top of the quoted figure. We're a registered Indian entity; TDS applies as normal for corporate buyers.
Payment
50% on scope sign-off, 50% on v1 delivery. Ongoing engagements are invoiced against a cadence agreed in the scope — never hourly, never surprise.
Currency
INR for domestic clients. USD quotes available for international work — same model, proportionate numbers.
Scope changes
Small ones are absorbed. Larger ones get a one-page change order, fixed-price, signed both sides before work starts.
